Request for Qualifications
The deadline for RFQ submissions regarding the Public Infrastructure Plan has now closed. We are in the process of reviewing proposals and will be in contact with applicants soon. Thank you to those of you that have submitted!
TMRPA is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for consulting services to assist in the development of a Public Infrastructure Plan. Accordingly, we are inviting consultants to respond to this RFQ. A draft scope of potential services, tasks, and other information describing this potential opportunity is included in the RFQ.

TMRPA has begun preliminary work on this effort, and we are excited to continue this process to develop a Public Infrastructure Plan that will inform decision making. TMRPA will facilitate a cooperative approach to developing a plan that addresses infrastructure regionally. As part of this effort, we plan to coalesce and combine available data on existing and planned infrastructure regionwide for water, wastewater, flood control and stormwater drainage management, transportation, and schools. We will then use this information to design and implement policy and regional plan improvements for the 2024 Regional Plan Update.
