The DCA consists of playas, jurisdictional waters/wetlands in accordance with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, designated FEMA floodway areas within the floodplain Zone AE floodways, significant water bodies, natural slopes over 30%, publicly-owned open space, andproperties that are deed restricted to prevent development.
